ALBANIA 2009 PROGRESS REPORT OF THE COMMISSION OF THE EUROPEAN COMMUNITIES PUBLIC PROCUREMENT
There has been some progress in the area of public procurement. Legislation was approved in January 2009 introducing the obligation for contracting authorities to use electronic procurement. Contracting authorities have also to publish all procurement notices and tender dossiers on the website of the Public Procurement Agency (PPA).
